Concord Dawn - Chaos By Design (2006)
Concord Dawn (aka Evan Short & Matt Harvey) burst onto the New Zealand music scene back in mid 1999 with their unique high octane Drum and Bass sound. They were the darlings of the local bNet / Student Radio stations up and down New Zealand, getting hefty primetime airplay, featuring at the top of the weekly Top Ten’s and breaking chart records across the bNet. After a year or so of underground success they were courted by local electronic music label Kog Transmissions and released their first album Concord Dawn in July 2000.
After touring the album throughout New Zealand they released their second album Disturbance in April 2001 and received "Best Electronic Album" and "Best Independent Release" at the 2001 bNet Music Awards. Both Concord Dawn and Disturbance sold far better than expected and the boys received strong reviews in all forms of media not only for their releases but also for their energetic live performances. For the next year they went into hiatus to refine the Concord Dawn sound further with Evan heading to London for 5 months to immerse himself in the culture of the Drum and Bass homeland. Upon his return to New Zealand work was started on their 3rd album Uprising with tracks like “Morning Light” and “Don’t Tell Me” finding international acclaim well before the album’s release. Uprising was released in New Zealand in September 2003 and reached gold sales status in an amazing 3 months.
With Concord Dawn now well established internationally and their catalogue now being distributed worldwide Evan and Matt embarked on a seemingly never ending world tour, travelling all over the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia. At the 2003 bNet music awards “Morning Light” won "Best Song" and "Most Radio Play" and at the 2004 bNet music awards Uprising received "Best Album" and "Best Electronic Release". Concord Dawn were also nominated for "Best Electronic Act" at the 2004 New Zealand music awards but narrowly missed out to Salmonella Dub.
Work on their long awaited 4th album was completed in early 2005 and was titled Chaos By Design to express the album’s musically eclectic nature. The album and singles won critical acclaim worldwide with various tracks off the albums being signed to some of the biggest and most respected Drum and Bass labels worldwide such as Metalheadz, Ram Records and Hospital Recordings. Chaos By Design also won “Best Electronic Album” at the 2006 New Zealand Music Awards.
Another full world tour was embarked on shortly after the release with Matt relocating to Vienna, in the heart of Europe and Evan covering New Zealand, Australia, Asia and the Americas from home base in New Zealand.
2006 onwards will see the two of them working harder than ever in the live arena with work on album number 5 to start in early 2007.

The Bill - Season 24
The Bill is a long-running British police drama shown on ITV1.
The setting is the Sun Hill district of the fictional London borough of Canley. Other police stations in the Borough, mentioned but (usually) never seen, are Barton Street, which is the location of Borough Headquarters, Stafford Row and Spicer Street. Canley is approximately contiguous with the real London Borough of Tower Hamlets.
The Bill is somewhat unique among police shows: it takes a serial format and it does not focus on one particular area of police work. Instead, the show's time is equally divided between the work of officers on one shift in the Uniform division, and the work of the CID.
It started as a one-off drama for ITV entitled Woodentop: this pilot show starred Mark Wingett as PC Jim Carver and Trudie Goodwin as WPC June Ackland on Carver's first day on the beat at Sun Hill police station. It was originally devised by Geoff McQueen, and it impressed ITV so much that they decided to make a series out of it.

Episode 07:- Witness - Breaking Point
After a local health centre is broken in to Diane and Nate find Dr Adam Tyler badly beaten inside. CCTV footage shows Brendan Connor a local drug addict taking stuff from the drugs cabinet. Brendon admits to taking the drugs when questioned but is adamant he didn't beat the doctor up. The team then find out that the beating is linked to some illegal activities one of his colleges has been doing. Carly's mother tries to take her own life.
Episode 08:- Witness - Deadly Secret
Tito Morientes who is the main suspect in Carly's murder shows up at her funeral. The girl giving Tito an alibi is touched by the words said at Carly's funeral. When questioned again she finally admits who was responsible for her friend's murder.

Episode 11:- Witness - Truth and Lies
Carly's murder trial gets under way and Smithy takes the stand. Grace is shocked to learn that the barrister working for the prosecution is her ex partner. Smithy is able to convince Alisha to take the stand. After Nate and Diane arrest a man who has beaten his pregnant girlfriend up he accuses Nate of attacking him after being locked up in a cell.

Tony rescues Smithy and Alisha from the car they are travelling in after it is forced of the road. After a suspect is arrested there are dramatics in the court room. A riot breaks out on the Jasmine Allen estate.
