About the stations:
Just like a TV set, live Internet television depends on the origin and not on the software that displays the TV images. Some stations can be off line due to their servers' overload or Internet traffic jams. Not all stations have a 24 Hours schedule. The video quality is dependent on the broadcaster's own bandwidth; the higher the bandwidth, the better the video quality you will receive. For most TV and radio channels, a modem speed of 56Kb/s is required. For the broadband TV stations, you need 300 Kb/s.

Dexter - Season 3
Based on novels by author Jeff Lindsay, Dexter follows the life of Dexter Morgan (Michael C. Hall), a charismatic blood spatter analyst who works in the forensics at the Miami Metro Police Department. On the outside, Dexter seems like the perfect guy -- he has a sister, Debra (Jennifer Carpenter), that adores him and a steady girlfriend, Rita (Julie Benz), with two kids that look up to him. Episode 8: The Damage A Man Can Do
Miguel brings Dexter another “project,” but this time he wants to get his hands dirty. Dexter realizes it’s time to teach Miguel the Code – for his own safety as well as Miguel’s. As Dexter walks Miguel through the process, Dexter both struggles with, and enjoys, letting Miguel into his private world so completely. But Dexter doesn’t realize that this has only whetted Miguel’s appetite. Rita finds herself losing control because of the pregnancy. She becomes worried that Dexter may get fed up with her. Season 1, Episode 1: Dexter

Dexter Morgan leads a double life as a police forensics specialist of crime scenes by day, and a serial killer by night of criminals whom have gotten away with murder through legal technicalities. He hides his double life from his neurotic, foul-mouthed, vice squad sister Debra, his co-workers at the Metro Miami Police Department where he works, as well as his commitment-minded girlfriend, an abuse victim named Rita, who is mortally afraid of intimacy and sex. Dexter also has frequent flashbacks to his life with his late foster father Harry, a police detective, who gave Dexter his inspiration to act out his homicidal urges. But during an investigation of another murder scene, Dexter thinks he's met his match when bodies left behind by a mysterious serial killer of prostitutes show no trace of blood on or in the bodies. Dexter is shown tracking down his victims, first a wealthy boys school director and pedophile/killer of three boys, as well as a hotel valet and serial rapist/killer. Of his co-workers, Dexter gets along well with most of his co-workers whom are detective Angel Batista, the officious Lt. Maria Laguerta, but he frequently locks horns with the hot-tempered and Sgt. James Doakes, who hates "lab rats" and has a bad vibe about Dexter.

Meanwhile, Lt. Maria Laguerta braces herself for dramatic changes in the department when the officious Captain Matthews maliciously makes her the scapegoat for the department's failure in the case to find the Ice Truck Killer, and he has her replaced. Rudy and Debra spend some quality time together in which he proposes marriage to the smitten detective. With Angel in the hospital recovering from the stabbing, his estranged wife pays a visit, while Rita decides to take her children, Astor and Cody, to visit Paul who's now back in prison.

She doesn't react too well though when she sees Dexter's sponsor, the very attractive Lila. Sgt. Doakes follows Dexter to an NA meeting, but surprises him with his reaction. Meanwhile, Debra is assigned to the joint task force with the FBI but is having difficulty dealing with the people and the desperation to find their loved ones. She does however uncover a pattern to the murders. Dexter identifies a serial killer and decides he has to take action, despite the scrutiny of the police and the FBI.

Season 2, Episode 5: The Dark Defender

At Lila's urging and as part of his 'recovery', Dexter agrees to face his past. He learns that one of the three men who killed his mother in the shipping container is still alive and owns a tavern in Naples, Fla. With Lila in tow, Dexter sets out to confront the man who has, as he says, taken his life away. Deborah is still seeing Gabriel, but blows up at him when she sneaks a peek at his e-mail. Rita's mother Gail tells Dexter he should leave, but when Rita hears of it, she tells her mother that it is she who will be leaving. Gail has other ideas. The police investigation continues, and the Bay Harbor Butcher's marina is narrowed down to three possible sites. Dexter decides to give his boat a thorough cleaning, but doesn't realize he's being watched.

Season 2, Episode 6: Dex, Lies & Videotape

Dexter sees an advantage when the police determine that there is a copycat killer on the loose. The bad news is that unless they can locate and stop him, the FBI will take over the Bay Harbor Butcher case completely. He also learns that he was videotaped cleaning his boat at the marina. Since learning that his mother was actually a police informant working for his stepfather, Dexter has been questioning his step-dad's motivation in taking him in. Rita's scheming mother suggests that Dexter's NA sponsor, Lila come to dinner. It all goes well but when Rita later learns that Lila accompanied Dexter on his recent road trip, she announces she never wants to see him again. Dexter and Lila find a new way to relieve Dexter's compulsive urges.

The police think they have a break in the case when the Bay Harbor Butcher sends a 32 page manifesto to a local newspaper. Only thing is Dexter had a very specific purpose in doing what he did, as the police now go off into every direction imaginable. With Sgt. Doakes having set his sights on him yet again, Dexter realizes that he's going to have to play hardball to protect himself and so takes him head on. Rita comes to the end of her tether with her domineering mother. Lila sells a sculpture for a tidy sum and she and Dexter have a romantic dinner out. When Dexter tells her that he is going to a school event for Rita's son, she takes drastic action to get his attention.

With both Lila and Debra staying at his apartment Morgan finds himself living with, in his own words, a cobra and a mongoose. Rita tells Dexter that he's no longer welcome to just drop in, even if it's just to see the kids. Having decided that the Bay Harbor Butcher has experience in law enforcement, Special Agent Lundy informs the local officers that all of their old cases will be re-examined. Dexter is on the defensive and Lundy almost catches him out over one of his cases. As Dexter helps Lila clean up her loft after the fire, he realizes that something is wrong with her story as to how the fire started. He also comes to realize how dangerous her obsessive behavior can be. Dexter has a close call when his mother's killer decides to pay him a visit so Dexter decides to do what he should have done the first time they met. Sgt. Doakes, suspended for assaulting Dexter, breaks into his apartment looking for evidence.

Lila on the other hand isn't quite as ready to give him up and shows up at the station hinting that she may have a few things to share with Dexter's colleagues. Under constant FBI surveillance, Dexter can't get rid of his last victim's remains. With the evidence he's acquired at Dexter's apartment, Sgt. Doakes seeks the help of an old friend in confirming its value. When Dexter realizes his slides are missing, he thinks the jig is up but Lundy and his FBI colleagues don't quite have it right. Special Agent Lundy and Debra spend the night together.

Dexter continues to brood over the realization that even his father couldn't accept the code of ethics he had developed and seriously considers putting it all to an end. Doakes manages to escape from his cell but the people he ends up with are no improvement on Dexter. In an attempt to get the upper hand on Dexter, Lila accuses Angel Batista of rape and he is relieved of his duties. Debra does a little digging and learns that Lila is in the US illegally. With little progress in the Butcher case, the FBI assigns a Deputy Director to take over the case thereby pushing Agent Lundy off to the side.

Using the GPS she stole from Dexter's car, Lila makes her way to the cabin where Dexter has Doakes locked up. Doakes tells Lila that Dexter is the Bay Harbor Butcher, but if he was hoping for a sympathetic ear, he won't get it from Lila; she still views Dexter as her "soul mate". Frank and Debra decide to go on an ice fishing holiday, but work gets in the way. Dexter and Rita reconcile, but when Lila threatens the children, Dexter decides he needs a permanent solution to that problem. Lila isn't quite ready to move on quietly.

Season 1
Orphaned at the age of three and harboring a traumatic secret, Dexter (Michael C. Hall) was adopted by a Miami police officer named Harry Morgan who recognized his sociopathic tendencies and, instead of getting him professional help, taught him to channel his gruesome passion for killing and dissecting in a "constructive" way: by killing people who "deserve it."
His victims, however, include not only heinous criminals (such as mob assassins and serial killers of the innocent), but also less clearly abhorrent characters, such as a young alcoholic responsible for multiple vehicular homicides, and a nurse who poisons patients believing it is to end their pain. Most have slipped through the justice system, though it is not clear any effort was ever made to prosecute either the nurse or Dexter's opening-episode victim, a Catholic choir master who murders children.
To satisfy his interest in blood and to ease his own crimes, Dexter works as a blood spatter analyst for the Miami Metro Police Department. Although his drive to kill is unflinching (otherwise overcome by a feeling of "emptiness") Dexter is, through extensive instruction from Harry, able to fake normal emotions and keep up his appearance as a socially responsible human being. He is well-liked by most of his colleagues (with the exception of Sgt. James Doakes), his girlfriend, Rita (a psychologically damaged rape victim who Dexter uses as "cover" despite his lack of feelings or interest in sex), and her children.
The first season focuses mostly on "The Ice Truck Killer" — a serial killer eluding the Miami PD who is communicating with Dexter through his crime scenes. Dexter's sister Deborah begins dating Rudy, who is revealed to the audience to be the Ice Truck Killer. At the end of the season Rudy attempts to kill Deborah, but is stopped by Dexter. Rudy reveals that he is Dexter's brother. Dexter has no choice but to kill him and make his death look like a suicide.
Doakes doesn't accept the suicide theory and starts tailing Dexter because of his personal suspicions. Rita's ex-husband, set up by Dexter for a felony parole violation, is back in prison proclaiming his innocence, and points Rita to a clue to the truth about Dexter. The season ends with Dexter and his sister entering a crime scene, with Dexter imagining a tickertape parade for himself, complete with confetti and airplane fly-over, and the crowd praising him for his fine work "taking out the garbage."

Season 2
Dexter begins the season unable to satisfy his urges for over a month due to the constant surveillance of Sgt. Doakes. When the opportunity to kill arises, he has problems executing his victims.
To further complicate matters, treasure hunters discover Dexter’s underwater dumping ground for his victims. As the police extract body after body from the ocean, the media dubs the killer the “Bay Harbor Butcherâ€, and FBI Special Agent Lundy (played by Keith Carradine) is brought in to catch the "Butcher".
A cult following begins to form behind the “Butcher†when it’s discovered who his victims are, with Dexter even finding a comic-book character "The Dark Defender" created in his honor.
Rita’s relationship with Dexter becomes more tense as she and her children are dealing with the death of her ex-husband Paul, the result of a prison fight. Her late ex-husband’s suggestion that Dexter was to blame for his imprisonment eats at her conscience and eventually Rita accuses Dexter of setting up her ex-husband. Dexter admits to setting up Paul, but Rita refuses to believe that Dexter premeditated the crime.
She assumes that Dexter is a heroin addict. He acquiesces to being an ‘addict’, though he characteristically allows the double entendre to go without clarification; in return, she vows to stay with him while he goes through Narcotics Anonymous program. In this way Dexter avoids responsibility for Paul's death (though he set the process in motion) and consequently maintains the rationalization that he only (directly) kills people who are also serial killers. Doakes pursues Dexter until he spots him at an NA meeting, and his first assumption is that Dexter’s devious behavior is drug-related.
Deb continues to struggle with the trauma of her experience with the Ice Truck Killer. For a sense of safety and comfort she stays with her brother, another new source of stress in Dexter’s life.
New cast members include Jaime Murray as Lila, a (supposed) former meth addict, firebug and artist who becomes Dexter’s sponsor and later on his lover. FBI Special Agent Frank Lundy (played by Keith Carradine). Rita's mother Gail (played by JoBeth Williams). The role of Rita’s son has been re-cast. Cody is now played by child actor Preston Bailey.
Season 2 premiered on September 30, 2007. On July 17 the first two episodes of the season were leaked on the internet, and on December 4 the last two episodes were also leaked. On November 4th, 2007, the Writer’s Guild of America started a strike, but writer Daniel Cerone stated in the LA Times that Season 2 had already been completed in anticipation of the WGA’s action.
Throughout Season 2, the Bay Harbor Butcher (Dexter) is pursued by Lundy, while Deb grows in her affection for the FBI man as well as in her confidence in her detective skills. Doakes returns to pursuing his suspicions about Dexter, and ultimately discovers Dexter's collection of glass slides, containing blood sample souvenirs from all of his victims. The possibility of matching the slides hidden in Dexter's air conditioner with the bodies of the Butcher's victims sets up the climactic process in which Doakes discovers and confronts Dexter (who overpowers him and keeps him locked in a cage, while he sets up Doakes as the Butcher).
Only Doakes' former partner, Lieutenant LaGuerta, believes in Doakes' innocence. Her proof of Doakes' innocence is tainted by her efforts to help him, and rejected by Lundy, though he believes she may be right. In the Season finale, Dexter's pyromaniac stalker ex-sponsor/girlfriend Lila serves as the surrogate who blows Doakes into pieces (along with the corpse of another victim Dexter has butchered in front of him), thereby resolving the situation to Dexter's benefit without Dexter having to himself murder the innocent and mostly honorable policeman.
Dexter subsequently travels to Paris to kill Lila, who has fled there after trying to burn Rita's children and Dexter alive; Doakes' memorial service goes largely unattended (with the exception of LaGuerta, Dexter, and Doakes' immediate family); and in the logic of Dexter's world, all is well again.

This is the original russian source mixed with pukkas audio...basically the same they've done.
but of cause tweaked a little here and there 
WORK DONE:
Firstly stripped audio and filtered in AA1.5.......At the 48.44min mark there is a high pitch bleep,haven't a clue why or how it got there???
Anyway because of this it throw the audio out of sync when syncing to the russian video......so i needed to cut the film in two and resync the
second part.
Video has been filtered by changing the gamma,lum,chroma,contrast,rgb black base and also used a contour filter.
Yes i know there is several copies already so if you don't won't it ......MOVE ALONG 
Ps PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD MY RELEASES IF YOU DON'T LIKE RE-ENCODES OR IF YOU THINK BY SOME
HOW ME RE-ENCODING THEM IS GOING TO MAKE THEM LOOK LIKE R5'S....BECAUSE THEY DON'T!!!!!
